30 percent of Arkhangelsk economy is grey
Up to 30 percent of the Arkhangelsk regional economy is grey, head of the regional Economic Development Department Sergey Averin says.
The regional authorities are making major efforts to turn the grey economy into legal forms, thus generating social and economic effects and stimulating small and medium-sized industry, Mr. Averin told Regnum.
