From border deal to bread prices

After attending the signing of the treaty on maritime delimitation with Norway, President Dmitri Medvedev went to a food store downtown Murmansk to see for himself the situation around bread prices.

Medvedev examined the entire selection of bakery products and decided to buy a loaf of rye bread, having chosen the cheapest one of 14.90 rubles, reports the regional news-site b-port.

Some of the customers in the store complained to the President that the bread prices rose. Others were rather satisfied with the price levels of food products in Murmansk.
