Kola NPP to boost production
The Kola Nuclear Power Plant plans to increase output in 2010 by 7,8 percent.
According to company plans, the energy production at the plant will this year amount to 10, 67 billion KWh, a 7,88 percent increase compared with 2009 results. Oilru.com reports with reference to RBK.
As reported by MBnews.ru, the plant in 2009 produced a total of 9, 891 billion KWh.
The Kola NPP is located in Polyarnye Zori about 200 km south of Murmansk city. The plant has four generatoring reactors each with a capacity of 440 MWh.
