Pur-Navolok for sale
Leading hotel in Arkhangelsk looking for new owner.
The company “AlROSA” (Almazy Rossii-Sakha) announced the sale of its non-profile assets, reports RBC Daily. These assets among others includes the hotels chain in Moscow, St. Petersburg, Jakutsk, Mirny and Arkhangelsk.
The whole cost of the hotels is estimated by the company in 2,6 billion rubles (€65 million). But the experts of the hotel business do not believe that the price could be as high. Most likely the hotels will be sold at retail and the price could drop twice.
Pur-Navolok hotel is expected as one of the most liquid in this deal in line with the hotels in St. Petersburg and Moscow. It is placed in historic center of Arkhangelsk and is positioned as a leader of hospitality business of the region.
