Russian reserves shrinking
Russia’s international reserves in September decreased with the record high 25,569 billion USD. Money remains abundant however. The country now has reserves worth a total of 556,069 billion USD.
The September decrease of 4,4 percent was record-high. Over the last two months, the reserves have dropped 39,83 billion USD. According to Interfax, Russia now has a total of 556,069 billion USD left of international reserves. In the period January-July the Russian reserves increased with 118 billion USD, or 24,7 percent to 595,9 billion USD.
