Stable rating for Murmansk Oblast
The international rating agency Fitch Ratings believes the long-term situation in Murmansk Oblast will be stable and gives the region the rating “BB”.
The short-term rating based on foreign currencies is “B”, MBnews.ru reports. The agency also confirms the Russian domestic rating of the region as “A+”.
