Gazprom to spend RUB 70 billion in exploration
Over the next three years Gazprom will increase its investment in exploration projects by a factor of 2,5 times.
By 2010, the gas giant’s annual spending on exploration projects will be RUB 70 billion (Euro 2,6 billion), CEO Alexei Miller told Gazprom’s annual general shareholders meeting on Friday last Friday, RosBusinessConsulting reports. 10 years later, in 2020, Gazprom plans to invest about RUB 90 billion (Euro 33 billion) in exploration annually.
