Lukoil looks towards the shelf
Russian oil major Lukoil would be interested in part-taking in the developing of the Russian shelf as part of a group led by a state-owned company.
Lukoil, Russia’s largest independent oil producer, would be prepared to increase investment in searching for oil if it’s allowed to participate in Russian exploration projects and licensing auctions, the news service said, citing Chief Executive Officer Vagit Alekperov, the Sankt Petersburg Times reports with reference to Interfax.
