New head of Shtokman company
Russian gas company Gazprom has appointed Aleksandr Mandel new head the Sevmorneftegaz company. Meanwhile, the former head of the Gazprom-subsidiary becomes leader of the Shtokman Development Company.
Mr. Mandel comes from the post as general director of the other Gazprom subsidiary Gazflot, a press release from Gazprom informs.
The appointment of the Mr. Mandel comes as the former head of the Sevmorneftegaz company, Yuri Komarov, has been made head of the Shtokman Development Company.
Sevmorneftegaz is the company which formally manages the licenses to the Shtokman gas field in the Barents Sea, as well as the Prirazlomnoe field in the Pechora Sea.
