2 billion RUB for road reconstruction
The regional authorities in Arkhangelsk will reconstruct the road from Arkhangelsk city to Plesetsk.
Regnum reports that out of a five-year federal loan, the regional authorities will spend most on the southbound highway towards Plesetsk. But also other roads in the region will get some funding for reconstruction.
