In 2008 52 persons had incomes of over 100 million rubles, so the number increased with 32 percent, Dvinainform.ru reports.

A total of 5706 persons informed the tax authorities about incomes of more than one million rubles last year. This is 30 percent more than in 2008. The real number of millionaires is probably a lot higher.
