Apartment prices in Murmansk down
Barentsnova reports that the prices plummeted down to 40% considering the rise of US dollar vs. Russian rouble.
By September the apartment prices in Murmansk varies around 32,000 rubles per square meter, while by the end of 2008 the skyrocketing apartment prices were almost 40,000 rubles per square meter, Barentsnova writes.
The price fall mainly concerned apartments in the economy class segment.
