EU dissatisfied with Russian visas
The EU Commission has written an official letter to the Russian government where it expresses its dissatisfaction with the recent Russian rejection of visa applications from EU citizens.
According to sources in the EU Commission, Russia has over the last months obstructed the issuing of visas to a a number of people engaged in EU-Russian projects. The Russian Foreign Ministry has now requested additional information about the individuals who have not go th the visas, Newsru.com reports. A list of the projects where the individuals are involved has been sent over to the Russsian Foreign Ministry.
