Fifth Sergey Moiseev signs up in Arkhangelsk elections
The fifth person with the name Sergey Moiseev has registered his candidacy in the upcoming Arkhangelsk city mayors elections. In addition, two people with the name Viktor Pavlenko are fighting for the post.
As previously reported by BarentsObserver.com, the Arkhangelsk city mayor’s elections are turning into a farse following the registration of a number of people with the same people.
This week, the fifth person with the name Sergey Moiseev, a body guard, registered his candidacy. From before, a pensioner, bulldozer driver, truck driver and a politician with the name are running for the post.
Also two people with the name Viktor Pavlenko are running for the mayor’s post. While one it the acting mayor, the other is a driver.
