First deputy governor resigned
First Deputy Governor of Murmansk Oblast Sergey Smityushenko has resigned.
Smityushenko leaves his post at his own wish, GTRK Murman reports.
Sergey Smityushenko came to Murmansk from the Russian Fishery Agency and was the first person to be appointed Deputy Governor in the new regional government when Dmitry Dmitriyenko became Governor of Murmansk Oblast in March 2009.
