Green eco-light for Shtokman plans
The Russian Federal Service for Environmental Supervision has approved the conclusions in an ecological survey of the plans for the two first stages of the development of the Shtokman gas field.
RIA Novosti reports that the project documentation for phase 1A and 1B of the development plans is approved. The phases include underwater installations and connection to the floating production unit, a double underwater gas pipe line and a fiber-optic communication line.
