Medvedev invited to Finland
First thing on the agenda Monday morning for Finlands President Tarja Halonen was a congratulation call to the Russian president-elect Dmitry Medvedev. She also invited him to visit Finland.
According to NewsRoom Finland, President Halonen told Mr Medvedev that the outcome of Sunday’s election would greatly influence the development of Russia and its relations with other countries.
