Medvedev promises gas for all of Russia
Gazprom will in the course of the next few years complete the gasification of all of Russia, First Deputy Prime Minister and presidential hopeful Dmitrii Medvedev says
-We hope to be able to supply gas to the whole country, Mr. Medvedev said during a recent meeting in Moscow Oblast this week. –Gazprom has the interest, the possibility and the political will to complete the gasification of the country, Medvedev said, Oilru.com reports with reference to RIA Novosti.
Dmitrii Medvedev is also the Head of Gazprom’s Board of Directors.
-Over the last three years we have supplied gas to another 13 million people, Mr. Medvedev underlined.
The average level of gasification in Russian regions has over the last few years increased from 41 percent to 62 percent.
