Murmanshelf Logistics established
Several companies have joint forces about the establishment of the Murmanshelf Logistics, a consortium intended to facilitate shipping and goods transport in connection with the Shtokman field development.
Among the companies are Murmansk Shipping Company, Barents Logistics, Wilson Murmansk, the International Customs Terminal and Rambøll. The new consortium will also seek to engage in the development of the Murmansk Transport Hub, a major infrastructure project with primary focus on new port, railway development in Murmansk, Murman.ru reports. The consortium will also operate as part of Murmanshelf, a network on petroleum supply companies in the Murmansk region.
