Murmansk school kids among the best
Murmansk Oblast has the third best school kids in Russia, deputy head of the regional Committee of Education says.
According to Ms. Natalya Karpenko, the results from last years joint state exams show that only Moscow and Novgorod have better students. The results show that 51,2 percent of the Murmansk students go either grade four or five in mathematics, while 68 percent go the grades in Russian language. The Russian average for the subjects were respectively 43 percent and 51,9 percent
