Murmansk Shipping Company reports profit
The profit for the first nine months of 2009 was 280 million rubles (€6,4 million) and the volume of transported cargo increased.
The latest meeting by the board of directors was held on November 25th. The board was informed about the positive increase in the company’s cargo transportation by more than 500 thousand tons compared with the same period last year.
Despite of the current financial crises the company’s fixed capital increased by 42 percent, according to a press-release posted at the website of Murmansk Shipping Company.
Also, the salary of the employees grows with 30 percent during the same period.
