NOK 400 million to hydropower upgrade

Norwegian utility Statskraft will make major modernization of the Røssåga hydropower plant in Northern Norway.

NOK 400 million (50 million EUR) will be spent on new aggregates, control-systems and rehabilitation of other equipment that will increase the electricity production, according to a press-release from Statskraft.

Røssåga hydropower plant is located in Nordland County and is one of the largest in Northern Norway.
