Positive to nuclear energy
People in Murmansk are mostly positive to use of nuclear power, a new poll shows.
56 percent of the asked persons said that they are positive to the use of nuclear power, while 30 percent were negative, a poll done by the research group Tsirkon shows, TV21 reports.
Most positive are the people in Polyarnye Zori, the host town of the only nuclear power plant on the Kola Peninsula, where more than three quarters of the poll participants said they are positive to the use of nuclear power.
900 persons in Murmansk Oblast were asked in the poll.
