Russia simplifies visa policy, work permits
The Russian Federal Migration Service has decided to resume a policy of issuing work permits and visas to foreigners in so-called one-window service.
The Migration Service only one month ago ended the practice of issuing the visas together with work permits. The service has vowed that the so-called “one window” service will resume as of March 1, the American Chamber of Commerce and the Association of European Business said in separate statements, The Moscow Times reports.
