-There are serious differences in the control system on use of marine bio-resources, as well as in the registration of illegal catch, exchange of information and sanctions against violators, Accounts Chamber representative Mikhail Odintsev says to Dvinainform.ru. The Russian Accounts Chamber has together with the Norwegian Auditor General elaborated a comparative study of Russian and Norwegian fishery management and control in the Barents and Norwegian Seas.
