Russian general does not rule out border conflicts
Head Commander of the Russian Air Force, Coloner General Aleksandr Zelin confirms that he does not exclude that Russian in the foreseeable future will engage in armed conflicts in its border areas.
-In the medium-long perspective it can not be ruled out that Russia will be engaged in armed border conflicts, where special purpose territorial forces are applied to achieve limited military-political goals, Mr. Zelin says, Vedomosti reports with reference to RIA Novosti.
