Spy satellite launched from Plesetsk

A military satellite was put into space last Friday from the Plesetsk Cosmodrome in Arkhangelsk.

According to Spaceflight Now, the secret satellite lifted off at 10.44 GMT on November 20th on a Soyuz rocket.

Spaceflight Now speculate speculates that the satellite could be a next-generation electronic intelligence mission. This is the sixth Russian military satellite lauched this year.
