Strong Norwegian kroner
Norway’s currency, Kroner, continued appreciating versus the USD and EUR Tuesday.
The Norwegian Krone climbed Tuesday to 5,67 against the USD and 8,36 against EUR. That is the highest level in more than a year. One of the reasons for the strong Krone is that the Norwegian Central Bank is expected to start raising interest rates within months. One Norwegian Krone was Tuesday worth 5.2 Ruble.
