Two Murmansk policemen killed in Ingushetia

A convoy of three vehicles with members of the Interim Task Force from Murmansk Oblast was attacked with fire-arms and a road bomb in the Russian Republic of Ingushetia.

Two lieutenants where killed and seven other where injured. The two that were killed was from Murmansk and Pechenga. The seven that were injured was from Murmansk, Kandalaksha and Monchegorsk, reports b-port.com.

It is not yet clear who attacked the convoy and Itar-Tass reports that criminal investigation is underway. The attack happend late Sunday evening.

Two weeks ago, four Norwegian soldiers were killed by a road bomb in Afganistan. Two of the four were from Troms County in Northern Norway.
