USD 452 million pulp plant launched
Russia’s leading pulp and paper producer, Ilim Group has launced its new Koryazhma factory.
The plant will produce neutral sulfite semichemical pulp for containerboard production. All the factory’s investment and upgrades will be ready by 2014, and then the daily capacity will be 900 tons of semichemical pulp, report Dvinainform.
Ilim Group has more than 3,000 employees in Koryazhma, in the southern part of Arkhangelsk Oblast.
