Worsening forecast for Finnish economy
Finnish Minister of Finance Jyrki Katainen says he fears that economic growth in the country this year will go almost 4,5 percent into the red.
In yesterday’s cabinet meeting on mid-term talks aimed at mapping out policies for the next two years, Mr. Katainen highlighted the need for structural changes in order to avoid cuts in spending, Yle News reports. He underlined that the government is not planning cutbacks in services, despite the negative figures.
