Yamal pipes delivered
A delivery of more than 15 thousand tons of pipes for the Bovanenkovo-Ukhta gas pipeline was made this month by pipeline manufacturer TMK.
The Pipe Metallurgy Company (Trubnaya Metallurgicheskaya Kompaniya) delivered the pipes to the Gazprom units at Yamal, Finam.ru reports. The pipes will be used in the ongoing construction of the 1100 km long Bovanenkovo-Ukhta pipeline, the project, which will connect the huge gas deposits in the Yamal Peninsula with the Russian pipeline grid. A total of 70,000 tons of pipelines will be delivered as part of the project.
