New deputy governor in Arkhangelsk
Mr Tamerlan Taizaev has been appointed new Deputy Governor on regional policy in Arkhangelsk Oblast.
Governor Ilya Klebanov announced the appointment on February 4, Regnum reports. Mr Taizaev comes from the post as adviser to State Duma deputy Vasily Usoltsev, a member of the Committee on the problems of the North and Far East.
