77 percent of work places considered dangerous
The Ministry of Health and Social Development in Murmansk says 77 percent of all regional work places included in a recent control are categorized as “harmful and dangerous”.
A total of 7513 work places in 134 organizations and companies in the region were checked, the Murmansk regional administration confirms in a press release. Of them 23 percent were considered all safe and well, while the remaining 77 percent were categorized as “dangerous and harmful”.
The inspectors still did not encounter work places, which were in an emergency state and in urgent need for closure or reorganization, the press release reads.
