Mass bankruptcy looms in Russian media
Revenues from advertisements are dropping dramatically in the Russian media market. That creates serious problems for both the printed media.
The advertisement market for printed media has shrunk 45 percent over the last ten months, Newsru.com reports with reference to the Video International analysis centre. The low level of advertisement revenues now troubles the whole specter of the Russian printed media Among the newspapers which might have to close the doors is the Gazeta, which is controlled by billionaire Vladimir Lisin.
