Rapid spreading of swine flu in Norway
A total of 76 people are registered with swine flu in Norway, a doubling in one week. In the northern city of Tromsø, three new cases were registered this week.
According to figures from the Norwegian Institute of Public Health, a total of 76 people have now tested positive on influence A (H1N1). That is a doubling in one week.
68 percent of the infected are under 30 years of age. As many as 92 percent of the infected contracted the influence abroad.
Also in the northern parts of the country, registrations of the swine flu are made. According to the Tromsø University Hospital another two individuals were registered with H1N1 this week, NRK reports. From before a child is among the infected.
No Norwegians have so far died from the influence.
